Hosts and Experts:
Dr. Margaret Marshall
Dr. Marshall is a lifelong advocate for French language and culture, with over five decades of experience teaching French at both university and community levels. Beyond the classroom, French has always been at the heart of Dr. Marshall’s home life. She raised her children and grandchildren speaking French, nurturing a multigenerational bond to the language and its rhythms. For her, French isn’t just a subject—it’s a living, breathing heritage passed on with love.
A seasoned traveler, she’s led study abroad trips to France where singing folk tunes at village events became unforgettable moments of connection. She's now thrilled to bring that same spirit to the local community, inviting all to sing, laugh, and celebrate the timeless melodies of France together.
